•XPG (Xtreme Programming Group) has over 6 years experiences on eXtreme Programming methodology, and kept investigating and practicing Agile methodology. XPG has focused and succeeded on emphasizing customer satisfaction for international and Chinese customer, and grow up the experienced and powerful test team to provide customized test service.

•Our test starts from the customer perspective as early as possible, testing early and often as code becomes available and stable enough from module/unit level test.

•Static Test:Testers provide information, feedback and suggestions on backlogs involved in the sprint.

•System Test:Testers have to adapt to rapid deployment cycles and changes in Agile test patterns. So the validation during this stage includes GUI Test, functional test, compatibility and scalability test and System test.

•Compatibility and Scalability Test: Verification of application behavior across different hardware and software configurations that have been defined in the software requirements document.

•Regression Test: Since working increments of the software are released often in agile software development, there is also a need to test often. This is commonly done by using automated test to minimize the amount of manual labor involved.

•Performance, Load and Stress test: This non-functional tests may be performed based on agreements with the client.
